World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day 2020 is recognised by the World Health Organisation each year on the 10th of October and this years theme is “Mental Health For All”

This year’s day is during extraordinary times as all of our lives have changed considerably due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Recently, there have been many challenges and difficulties for students adapting to online classes; health care workers providing care; workers who have lost their jobs and all others who have found the recent months a huge strain on their Mental wellbeing

Some of our team here have reflected on what Grae Matta means to them
